Loved the beautiful junior suite, but the restaurant service was way too slow.

was hoping for a luxurious experience, but how can you enjoy it when pool maintenance kept us waiting? Plus, room service was practically non-existent with no water or torn robes replaced without my nagging. for a place that charges so much, a complimentary gift woudl ve been nice, but I guess I’m just a regular guest here.

Loved the four-bedroom villa tucked away in a beautiful garden! Spacious rooms with individual bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen made family meals memorable. The private pool offered a perfect spot for relaxation. Although the weather was chilly, we still enjoyed every moment of our stay here!

Our stay in the villa was fantastic! The spacious living areas and well-equipped kitchen made it easy to enjoy family meals. The outdoor dining space and private pool provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. Don’t miss the nearby restaurant for delightful dining options.

Just an optimal selection for an overnight stop in Moissac-Bellevue with good value for price. The fridge and tea/coffee making facilities in the room were very welcomed. If you're planning to eat at the hotel, think about checking out other dining options nearby too.

lovely views but slow service

The location offered stunning views, perfect for relaxation. Enjoyed my private veranda, a great spot for morning coffee. The heated pool was a delight, surrounded by beautiful gardens, creating a serene atmosphere.

The service was a bit slow at times.

While the villa is fantastic, the main building can feel a bit disconnected, requiring a short walk to get to dining or leisure areas. The temperature in some common spaces can be notably chilly, and navigating busy walkways can detract from the secluded experience one might expect from such a beautiful location.

my stay at the bastide was a lovely experience. the heated pool and comfortable beds made our time relaxing, and the beautiful views were stunning during our evening strolls. breakfast was excellent, which exceeded my expectations from previous visits to the city.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the fabulous comfort room and the delicious meals provided. Relaxing by the outdoor pool and indulging in a soothing massage were highlights of my trip. I did notice that the coffee wasn’t replaced unless asked for, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊
